Thesis Title: A history of Christian esotericism within initiatic societies in Europe (20th century)
About
I am a researcher in religious history at the Free University of Brussels (ULB), Belgium.
I am interested in contemporary Western esotericism and all interdisciplinary research related to this subject. My interests are many: Mystical Theology, Renaissance magic, Hermeticism, Freemasonry, Rosicrucianism, Perennialism, Occultism, and initiatic orders.
My doctoral research focuses on Christians esoteric movements in Europe in the twentieth century.
I organize an annual academic seminar on the history of Freemasonry and esotericism.
I am also a founding member of the "Masonic and Esoteric Movements Research Study Group" (GREMME).

Je suis chercheur en histoire des religions à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Belgique.
Je m'intéresse à l'ésotérisme occidental contemporain et à toutes les recherches interdisciplinaires liés à ce sujet. Mes sujets de recherche sont multiples: Théologie mystique, magie Renaissante, hermétisme, franc-maçonnerie, Rose-Croix, Pérennialisme, occultisme et ordres initiatiques.
Ma thèse de doctorat porte sur les mouvements chrétiens ésotériques dans l'Europe du XXe siècle.
J'organise un séminaire annuel de recherche sur l'histoire de la Franc-maçonnerie et de l'ésotérisme.
Je suis également membre fondateur du Groupe de Recherches et d'Etudes des Mouvements Maçonniques et Esotériques (GREMME).
